    StaffQuick takes a team approach to servicing our partnerships. Our screening and recruiting process is our top priority. StaffQuick Associates walk through a step-by-step process from recruitment, selection, and pre-hire requirements.


    Once on assignment, our Recruiters follow-up with our Associates, providing feedback, and performing exit interviews for turnover solutions. StaffQuick will recruit on-going within a 40-mile radius of the branch. StaffQuick will also post positions on social media platforms, recruiting websites, attend career fairs and host recruiting events, work with local community colleges, and ask for associate referrals.
